Less Is More

It’s been almost five weeks since incorporating 2 scoops a day of withinUs TruMarine Collagen (one in the morning and one at night before bed) and I’ve been getting so many compliments on how great my skin looks. My hair also feels much softer, healthier.

For many years, I have been concerned by the amount of hair I lose after brushing or washing. My shower usually looking like a full head of hair was left behind! Recently, I’ve noticed a big difference in the overall strength of my hair and how little has been falling out. My skin is hydrated even with the seasons changing and during that time of the month when I would normally have a breakout, my skin has remained clear. My friend recently commented that my skin looks brighter and even-toned. I feel like I’ve become a walking example of ‘less is more’ in regards to my skin and hair routine while starting on withinUs TruMarine Collagen. For example, I use a basic moisturizer when I wake up and go to bed, and my skin retains it's moisture throughout the entire day. I also use a basic shampoo and conditioner (and a heat protector when flat ironing), but have done away with expensive products to create that shine. I recently started adding withinUs TruMarine Collagen in my tea every morning as part of my daily routine. I have also become obsessed with these Matcha Energy Balls!
