Smoothies have been gaining popularity recently, and it's evident why. They are a quick and easy meal (or snack) solution for the on-the-go health seekers, and are a great way to pack in your daily dose of vitamins and nutrients.
One of our personal favorite things about smoothies is that they can take on a variety of flavor profiles - from tropical and fruity, to healthy and green, to nutty, to chocolatey - there's no limit on what you can put in these smooth, nutritious drinks.

Prep Time: 5 mins
Ingredients (2 servings)
1 ½ – 2 cups chilled green tea
1 big handful organic baby spinach
1 cup each frozen organic strawberries and blueberries
2 tbsp dried goji berries
1 scoop (5g) withinUs TruMarine™ Collagen
1 tbsp natural almond butter
1 tsp chia seeds
ice cubes, as needed
Add all ingredients except for the ice to a blender in the order listed. Blend until completely smooth.
Thicken by adding a few ice cubes if needed, then blend again until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
