With the warm weather is in full swing, it is important to remember to stay hydrated! Hydration is key for staying healthy, and maintaining proper functioning of many systems in the body, including digestion, muscles, and kidneys.

The withinUs Team has put together some of our go-to infused water recipes. These tasty recipes will be sure to keep you refreshed and hydrated during the warm, sunny days ahead.

Quality is key.
By infusing water, the hope is to add both flavor and health benefits (not chemicals or pesticides). Opting for organic, non-gmo, fruits and herbs will reduce the likelihood of consuming unwanted toxins.
