Iced Strawberry Matcha Cream

Perfect for a mid-day boost or a weekend wellness ritual, this layered drink is as beautiful as it is satisfying. It's light, energizing, and just the right amount of indulgent.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cream (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 handful of fresh strawberries

  • Ice (divided)

  • 2 scoops withinUs® TruOrganic Matcha

  • Water (ask Jenna for matcha prep amount – typically 60–80 ml hot water for 2 scoops)

  • Strawberry slices (for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Make the Strawberry Cream:
    Blend ½ cup of cream, a handful of fresh strawberries, and a few ice cubes until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Prepare the Matcha:
    In a small bowl or matcha bowl, whisk 2 scoops of withinUs® TruOrganic Matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.

  3. Assemble Your Drink:

    • Fill a tall glass with ice.

    • Pour the blended strawberry cream over the ice.

    • Gently pour the prepared matcha on top to create a layered effect.

    • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
