Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped by UPS. Depending on what state and city you are in, shipping takes between 2-5 business days (approximately).

If you need a more precise estimate of how long it will take your order to arrive, you can get a detailed timeline by going to the UPS website and entering both our postal code (V5G 4Y1) and the ZIP code of the destination.

Our team is working to process and ship orders within 2 business days. Please note that processing and shipping times may vary during promotional events.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been placed and processed by our team. It can take up to 3-5 business days to receive these details.

If the 'no signature' or 'leave at the door' option is selected (or no on-demand option is selected), withinUs cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.

If you wish to make a return, please get in touch with our team at team@withinus.com within 30 days of your purchase.

In your email to our team please include the following information (all information can be found in your order confirmation email):
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- What item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

If it exceeds 30 days since your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or exchange. The item being returned must be unused and in sealed packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, photos of any damaged product (if applicable), and the packaging (do not dispose of unless advised by our team).

Please note: All items purchased during sales and promotions are FINAL SALE. withinUs™ can only consider refunds for items purchased from our website - withinus.com.

In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, or not be eligible, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions you may have.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check with your bank or credit card company. Please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/promos will not be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at team@withinus.com along with photos of the damaged item(s). 


Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. If you are looking to update the address, please send us a note to team@withinus.com as soon as possible so we can try to do that for you. Please note that if your order has been processed, we are unable to adjust the address and it is the customer's responsibility to collect the order from the provided shipping address.
