We are obsessed with this deliciously smooth withinUs Pumpkin Spice blend. The combination of the Fall essential flavours - cinnamon, ginger and allspice - makes this blend the perfect addition to your coffee (PSL anyone?). 

PUMPKIN PICK-ME-UP

INGREDIENTS (makes 1 serving):

• 1/2 tsp withinUs Pumpkin Spice
• 1/4 tsp maple syrup
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 2 tbsp withinUs Oat Creamer + TruMarine® Collagen
• 1 tbsp MCT powder
• pinch of salt
• Optional: 1 shot espresso 

DIRECTIONS: 

1. Add all ingredients to a mug
2. Add your choice of hot water or milk 
3. Froth it up 
4. Add whip cream and marshmallows for fun
