These delicious snacks are a perfect on-the-go breakfast, snack or pre/post workout fuel.
With the added withinUs™ Plant Protein powder, these bliss balls are a well rounded snack including protein, carbs and healthy fats.
They also make a delicious (and nutritious) dessert to store in your fridge or freezer whenever you need a treat!
- 4 medjool dates
- 1-2 tbsp almond butter
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice (DYI pumpkin spice blend here)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 scoop withinUs™ Plant Protein + TruMarine® Collagen
Optional (to roll in):
- Shredded coconut
- Add all dry ingredients to a food processor and process to form a rough powder.
- Add wet ingredients and process mixture until a dough forms. The mixture should stick together when pinched between your fingers. If the mixture is too dry, add a tbsp of water at a time.
- Form and roll into bite sized balls.
- Roll in desired toppings (such as shredded coconut).
