How To Skip a Shipment

If you are going on vacation, or you haven't used as much product as you normally do, you can skip an upcoming shipment. Here is how to skip a shipment:

1. Sign in to your account at https://withinus.com/account/login
2. Click the "Manage Your Subscriptions Here!" link
3. Find the subscription you would like to skip
4. In the Order column, click the Order # you would like to skip. A table will drop down.
5. On the left column of the table drop down you will find a list of dates for your upcoming orders. Find an order date you would like to skip.
6. In the same row as the order date you would like to skip, click the "Skip Order" link
7. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm
8. Click "OK" to confirm
