With the warm weather is in full swing, it is important to remember to stay hydrated! Hydration is key for staying healthy, and maintaining proper functioning of many systems in the body, including digestion, muscles, and kidneys.
The withinUs Team has put together some of our go-to infused water recipes. These tasty recipes will be sure to keep you refreshed and hydrated during the warm, sunny days ahead.

1. Citrus Cucumber Mint
Step 1: Thinly slice 2 lemons and 1 cucumber with the rind on
Step 2: Add to a 2L glass jar with a handful of fresh, torn mint leaves
Step 3: Add filtered water, stir and refrigerate overnight before drinking
Did you know? Lemon is a great source of vitamin C which is a primary antioxidant and assists the formation of collagen in connective tissue.
2. Watermelon Basil
Step 1: Slice watermelon into approximately 10-14 medium sized cubes
Step 2: Add to a 2L glass jar with a handful of fresh basil leaves
Step 3: Add filtered water, stir and refrigerate for at least 1 hour

3. Ginger Peach
Step 1: Peel and slice 4-5, 1-inch pieces of ginger
Step 2: Add to a 2L glass jar, half full of filtered water and refrigerate overnight
Step 3: The next morning, slice 3-4 peaches, add to jar and top with filtered water

4. Pineapple Mint
Step 1: Peel and thinly slice ¼ of a pineapple (thinner cuts infuse more flavour)
Step 2: Add to a 2L glass jar with 8-10 leaves of muddled fresh mint
Step 3: Add filtered water, stir, and store in the fridge for 3-4 hours before drinking

Step 1: Thinly slice one navel orange with the rind on and add to a 2L glass jar

Step 3: Add filtered water and store in the fridge for 3-4 hours before drinking
