Lemon and ginger tea is beneficial when you’re feeling under the weather, but did you know adding it to your nightly routine can help support your immune system too?

Directions:
- Peel and slice ginger, slice lemon.
- Add sliced ginger to a mug, and pour hot water over. Stir and let the ginger steep for 5 minutes.
