Yes, we use a small amount of stevia in our ReHydrate products. Stevia is a natural sugar substitute extracted from the leaves of the plant species Stevia rebaudiana. We use an organic extract source for our product to balance the flavour profile.

The 1g of organic cane sugar per serving included in ReHydrate + TruMarine® Collagen serves a functional role enabling the electrolytes to be absorbed into your body quickly and efficiently.

Drinking water alone when you are already dehydrated will actually cause a further dilution of electrolytes in your body, and potentially a complete depletion of electrolytes.
