This is a great product! I’m 59 years old and my hair and nails are about as full and strong as when I was pregnant many years ago. There is absolutely no taste at all ( I was concerned about it tasting fishy ). I use this in my morning coffee or in my water bottle and use the collagen magnesium at bedtime. These are now holy grail products product in my daily routine.
