I've used this product off & on for over 3 years. I enjoy using it and add it to my coffee every morning. It's tasteless & doesn't change the flavour of my coffee (this was important to me). I notice a difference in my skin & nails after a while. Skin just feels & looks better and nails feel stronger and less brittle. Overall, I'm happy with this product.
