About the Role

You'll be trusted to run your own route and represent a premium retail brand independently- no one looking over your shoulder, no script to follow. This role is for someone who already knows what strong retail execution looks like and takes real pride in it.

We're looking for someone with genuine energy and a natural pull toward community, someone who's already out there, at a yoga class, a run club, wherever people gather around health and wellness, and brings that same warmth into every store they visit. You bring the professional judgment; we'll trust you to represent us well.

Merchandising & Store Execution

• Merchandise withinUs® products across your assigned retail locations
• Ensure shelves are stocked, faced, and visually aligned with brand standards
• Execute displays, promotions, seasonal programs, and product launches
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve visibility and shelf compliance
• Flag out-of-stocks, damaged product, or display issues as they come up

Store Relationships

• Build genuine working relationships with store managers and staff
• Represent withinUs® professionally in every interaction
• Support store teams by keeping product easy to find and well presented

Reporting & Field Communication

• Capture photos and store visit notes using our mobile reporting tools
• Submit accurate, timely store-level updates and execution feedback
• Track completion of assigned visits against performance KPIs
• Share competitive observations and in-store trends with the team

Route & Time Management

• Complete store visits according to your assigned route and schedule
• Manage your time to ensure consistent, reliable store coverage
• Maintain a high standard of follow-through; this role runs on trust

Brand Representation & Community

• Represent withinUs at trade shows, in-store demos, and community wellness events, yoga studios, run clubs, fitness activations, wherever people gather around health and wellness
• Build genuine relationships in the wellness community that create real visibility and goodwill for the brand
• Spot and flag opportunities as you come across them: a studio interested in carrying the product, a partner worth an introduction to our wholesale team, and pass them along
• Taking on demos and events is also the most direct way to pick up more hours beyond your base route

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule and route
• Genuine energy and a natural connection to health, wellness, and community; you're already living this lifestyle, not just interested in it
• Strong attention to detail and real pride in execution quality
• Comfortable using mobile tools and apps for reporting and tracking
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)

Your Growth Path

For the right person, this role can grow into more, and where it leads depends on what you gravitate toward. Some people find they love the community and events side, building brand presence, running activations, deepening customer relationships. That path leads toward our Community & Events Specialist role. Others discover a knack for opening doors and closing deals, spotting a new account opportunity mid-conversation and running with it. That path leads toward field sales and business development. Either way, strong performance here is a real starting point, not a ceiling.

Working Conditions

Part-time, field-based role with visits scheduled during regular weekday business hours. Base route hours run approximately 10-20 hours/week depending on territory and season. Additional hours are available through in-store demos, product education sessions, and brand events as they're booked; if you want more hours, taking on these opportunities is the most direct way to get them. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to support demos and events. Mileage is reimbursed for all route-related travel.

What We Offer

$22-30 CAD per hour based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement for route travel. As a part-time role, this position isn't eligible for our standard benefits package; vacation pay is provided at 4% per pay period, in line with BC employment standards.
