Position Summary

As a withinUs Street Team member, you will represent the withinUs® brand in-store by ensuring strong merchandising execution across assigned retail locations. You will maintain premium shelf and display standards, support promotional compliance, and provide field insights back to internal teams and broker partners.

This is an independent, hands-on role best suited for someone reliable, organized, and motivated by high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Store Execution

• Merchandise withinUs® products in assigned retail locations
• Ensure shelves are stocked, faced, and visually aligned with brand standards
• Execute displays, promotions, seasonal programs, and product launches
• Identify and action opportunities to improve visibility and shelf compliance
• Flag out-of-stocks, damaged product, or display issues as needed
  

Store Relationships

• Build strong working relationships with store managers and staff
• Represent withinUs® professionally in every interaction
• Support store teams by ensuring product is easy to locate and properly presented

Reporting & Field Communication

• Capture photos and store visit notes using mobile reporting tools
• Submit accurate store-level updates and execution feedback
• Track completion of assigned store visits and performance KPIs
• Share competitive observations and in-store trends

Route & Time Management

• Complete store visits according to an assigned route and schedule
• Manage time efficiently to ensure consistent store coverage
• Maintain high standards of follow-through and reliability

• Support in-store demos, product education, and brand events as opportunities arise
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in execution quality
• Comfortable using mobile tools/apps for reporting and tracking
• Strong communication skills and professional in-store presence
• Interest in retail merchandising and the health & wellness industry
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
