TRACKING
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been placed and processed by our team. It can take up to 3-5 business days to receive these details. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days please contact our team at team@withinus.com.
If the 'no signature' or 'leave at the door' option is selected (or no on-demand option is selected), withinUs cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.
RETURNS
At withinUs, our goal is to provide premium quality products that exceed expectations. As such, we offer a 30-day guarantee for all products. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS
If your product is unopened, please complete our Return Request Form. Once submitted, our team will review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label. After we receive the product, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
OPENED PRODUCTS
For products that have been opened or sampled, please complete our Return Request Form. Upon approval, we’ll email you a return shipping label. Once the item is received and accepted, you’ll receive an in-kind e-gift card to withinUs.com within 7–10 business days.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscriptions can be updated at any time, including changes to delivery frequency, product selection, or shipment dates. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We recommend making any changes prior to your next billing cycle to ensure everything is just right.
