Lead operations for a fast-growing premium wellness brand.
We’re hiring a senior leader to oversee operations, drive cross-functional execution, and help scale withinUs, a proudly Canadian, female-founded Certified B Corporation® known for premium, evidence-based natural health products and values-driven growth.
You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to align sourcing, inventory, vendor partnerships, product development, and planning. This role requires someone who leads with clarity, acts decisively, and brings out the best in people and systems.

The Impact You’ll Have
As Director of Operations & Strategy, you’ll lead the systems and processes that power our growth, ensuring the company scales efficiently while staying aligned with our standards and values.
You’ll own the operational backbone of the business, from supply chain and fulfillment to pricing strategy and cross-functional alignment. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives on turning strategy into action, building clarity across teams, and driving meaningful results. For the right candidate, this is a clear path to VP-level leadership.
What You’ll Lead
Strategic Operations & Planning

Own the end-to-end operations strategy, aligning supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and systems to support scalable growth

Act as the operational hub across departments, ensuring visibility, clarity, and execution

Lead demand planning, forecasting, and pricing to support commercial goals

Drive efficiency through proactive planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking
Operational Execution & Strategic Partnerships

Oversee day-to-day performance across warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment operations

Manage the go-to-market (GTM) calendar, aligning product, marketing, and sales timelines

Build and manage a values-aligned supplier network focused on quality, consistency, and innovation

Negotiate vendor contracts with a long-term view on cost, performance, and value
Product Development Execution

Lead cross-functional execution of product launches — from concept to shelf

Align closely with R&D, marketing, and sales on forecasting and timelines
-
Own sourcing, packaging coordination, and compliance processes
Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure regulatory compliance (including Health Canada NPN certifications)

Lead reporting across procurement, inventory, and supplier performance

Identify and implement process improvements to support agility, clarity, and scale
What You’ll Bring
-
5–8 years of progressive leadership in operations, supply chain, or product development, ideally in wellness, CPG, or another regulated category

Proven experience managing vendors, executing product launches, and leading cross-functional teams

Understanding of multi-channel operations across retail, eCommerce, and wholesale

Operational rigour paired with strategic thinking and a bias for action

Clear, confident communicator and trusted collaborator with the ability to lead through complexity and change
Nice To Have

Experience in food, supplements, or regulated CPG
-
Familiarity with Health Canada, FDA, EFSA, or TGA requirements

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Shopify, or 3PL integrations
-
Certifications such as PMP, CPIM, or equivalent
What We Offer
Compensation

Base salary range: $135,000–$160,000 CAD annually
-
The final offer will reflect experience, qualifications, and alignment with the scope of the role

Work Environment.
This is an in-office role based in Vancouver, B.C. On-site presence is essential, especially in the first 90 days, to support onboarding, collaboration, and leadership alignment. After that, occasional flexibility (such as one remote day per week) may be discussed, depending on business needs and performance.
