Scale digital revenue for a fast-growing premium wellness brand
We’re hiring a senior leader to oversee digital channels, drive cross-functional execution, and help scale withinUs, a proudly Canadian, female-founded Certified B Corporation® known for premium, evidence-based natural health products and values-driven growth.
You’ll work closely with the VP marketing to own the performance of withinUs’ DTC and Amazon channels - building strategies, optimizing funnels, and ensuring we’re growing profitably. This role requires someone who leads with clarity, acts decisively, and brings out the best in digital, led by AI.

This is not a “build a team first” role - we need someone execution-ready who thrives in fast-moving environments and can drive strategy and results. We’re still manual in many areas, which makes this the perfect moment for someone who’s a step ahead - or ready to level up.
You’ll lead campaign execution across paid media, build retention funnels, and partner cross-functionally across content, CX, ops, and product to scale a seamless and high-converting customer experience. You’ll also bring an experimentation mindset - testing fast, implementing what works, and building systems that support our next phase of growth.
What You’ll lead
Digital Revenue Ownership

Own and optimize the DTC and Amazon P&L

Manage paid performance across Meta, Google, Amazon, and emerging channels

Forecast, report, and manage against CAC, LTV, and revenue KPIs

Conversion & Funnel Optimization

Drive CRO, A/B testing, and funnel performance across web, product pages, and landing pages

Identify and optimize key drop-off points using attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam)

Retention & Subscription Growth

Scale our Recharge-powered subscription program

Build automated lifecycle and upsell flows

Reduce churn, increase LTV, and improve retention across touchpoints

Collaboration & Creative Alignment

Work cross-functionally with CX, creative, and ops to align messaging, offer strategy, and performance

Develop and test high-converting creative that tells our brand story

AI & Tech Stack Enablement

Insights & Reporting:

Own all performance reporting using GA4, Shopify, and paid media dashboards
- Provide weekly insights and recommendations to stakeholders

What You’ll Bring
-
6+ years of e-commerce growth experience, including direct ownership of Shopify and Amazon
-
Strong background in performance marketing with agency and in-platform experience

Demonstrated success scaling DTC and/or subscription brands
-
Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and attribution
-
Track record of converting insights into action and revenue

Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable leading without a large team—this is a build-while-doing role

Bonus: experience with Recharge, Amazon Ads, affiliate/partner growth, or retention platforms

Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000 CAD annually + bonus structure

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver, B.C. On-site presence is essential, especially in the first 90 days, to support onboarding, collaboration, and leadership alignment.
