Where can I find a store near me that carry withinUs products?

withinUs products are available online at withinus.com and in select retailers across Canada. Use our store locator to find a location near you.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

Please email your order number to team@withinus.com.

How do I update my billing address?

Log in to your withinUs account, navigate to My Account and select Manage Your Subscriptions. Choose the subscription you want to update, click Edit next to Payment Method, and follow the secure link sent to your email to update your billing address.

Shop Pay users: click View Payment Information in the secure link, select Use a Different Card, and add your updated card details and billing address. Do not remove your original card, as this can cause issues with future updates.

Make sure your billing address matches the address on file with your bank to avoid any payment processing issues.
