We have chosen to include a combination of magnesium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate in order to offer a product with maximum absorption that is easy on the digestive system.

Magnesium Citrate:

Each serving of withinUs Magnesium contains half the daily recommended serving (2.5 grams) of withinUs TruMarine® Collagen.
