Yes. We created withinUs Matcha Misto™ as a ready-to-mix beverage. To prepare, simply add 1-2 tablespoons to one cup of hot water and stir. You can also use an electric hand-held frother to mix your Matcha Misto™.

Each serving of withinUs Matcha Misto™ contains approximately half the daily recommended serving (2.5 grams) of withinUs TruMarine® Collagen.

Clinical studies and research have proven that unlike any other source of collagen (including fish skin), wild-caught fish scale collagen (withinUs® TruMarine® Collagen) has superior absorption levels and 5 grams is the daily requirement.

Other collagen products often recommend 10-20g of their collagen, this is due to lower quality and bioavailability of the material.

Consuming more than 5 grams of TruMarine® Collagen per day is not harmful.

The withinUs product line and withinUs TruMarine® Collagen are safe, natural products. As we do not know the health of our customers (and mothers-to-be, or new mothers), we always advise you to check with your health provider with any concerns.

During the colder winter months Matcha Misto™ has been hardening/clumping. If you notice clumps in your jar, know this is safe and natural as we do not use any stabilizers, flow agents or preservatives in our product and the natural oils in the coconut milk harden in the cold weather.

We suggest breaking up the product with the back of a (dry) spoon.

When added to hot water/beverage, Matcha Misto™ fully dissolves and remains delicious.

No. We do not add any sweetener, preservatives or colouring to Matcha Misto. With the addition of organic coconut milk, there is a subtle, natural sweetness from the coconut, but no artificial sweeteners pr flavours have been added.

There is approximately ⅓ the amount of caffeine in a cup of Matcha Misto™ compared to a cup of coffee. Although it contains less caffeine, the effects of the caffeine last longer in your system due to the amino acid found in matcha called L-Theanine. L-Theanine has a calming, relaxing effect and slows the release of caffeine, providing a stable, jitter-free energy boost.
