Why did you include 1g of organic cane sugar in your ReHydrate?

The 1 gram of organic cane sugar in ReHydrate isn't filler. Glucose is your body's primary fuel source and plays a direct role in how quickly electrolytes are absorbed. That small amount of sugar is what enables the electrolytes to move into your cells efficiently, which is the whole point of a hydration product. It is functional, not decorative.

Is drinking water just as effective as taking an electrolyte?

Not quite. When you are already dehydrated, drinking water alone can actually dilute the electrolytes remaining in your body, making things worse. Electrolytes do two things water can't: they signal your body to retain fluid, and they restore the mineral balance your cells need to function properly.

ReHydrate replaces what water alone cannot.

Can children take ReHydrate?

ReHydrate is formulated with organic, non-GMO ingredients and contains no artificial additives. While our recommended serving is based on adult consumption, children can absolutely benefit from it at a smaller dose. We suggest starting with half a serving and consulting your healthcare practitioner if you have any specific health concerns.

Can you take ReHydrate while pregnant or breastfeeding?

ReHydrate is formulated with organic, non-GMO ingredients and no artificial additives. It is a far better choice than other electrolytes or sports drinks on the market. Do you use stevia in this product?

Yes. ReHydrate uses a small amount of certified organic stevia extract to counter the natural bitterness of the electrolyte minerals. Stevia is a natural, plant-based sweetener derived from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana with no artificial additives.

Not everyone loves the taste of stevia, our founder included. We explored every natural alternative, but adding more sugar wasn't the right choice for a hydration product, and other options either weren't certified organic or weren't approved by Health Canada. Certified organic stevia was the cleanest, most responsible choice. She drinks ReHydrate every day and doesn't taste it.
