Items are not held in the cart until the order is completed. To avoid items selling out, please complete your purchase as soon as possible.

Limited-edition and high-demand items may sell out quickly, but restocks on popular items may occur. Check back or contact customer service for updates.

During our Black Friday event, items already discounted at 50% off are excluded from the tiered discount structure as part of our best prices of the year promotion.

Due to limited quantities, items discounted at 50% off are limited to 4 per customer during our Black Friday event.

Yes, loyalty points will be earned on purchases during Black Friday and Cyber Monday! However, loyalty point redemption cannot be redeemed during our biggest sale of the year.

During the Black Friday event, discount codes, including those from Wellness points, are not valid. Codes will be reactivated on December 15, 2024.

Yes, all discounted items purchased during the Black Friday event are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund. Please refer to our return policy for details.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be modified. To add items, please place an additional order. We will do our best to combine shipments when multiple orders are placed to ship to the same address.
