Piña Colada Functional Mocktail
Some women are drinking less, or not at all — for health, or simply because alcohol doesn't sit the way it used to. Most non-alcoholic drinks haven't caught up: juice and soda water isn't a mocktail, it's a consolation prize. A real replacement should give something back, not just take something away.
Piña colada actually means "strained pineapple" in Spanish — the rum came later. This version isn't a substitute. It's closer to where the drink started.
Creatine matters more here than it might seem. Women naturally store 70 to 80% less creatine than men, which means there's more room to benefit from topping it up, not less.
What's actually in it
Between our Coconut Creamer and our Creatine Monohydrate, this drink combines 5g or more of TruMarine® Collagen peptides, at the level clinically proven to reduce pain associated with osteoarthritis and support joint comfort. Creatine supports muscle retention and strength, which matters more, not less, once muscle mass naturally begins to decline in your 40s.
The two aren't paired by coincidence. Two of the three amino acids that make up creatine, arginine and glycine, are also found in TruMarine® collagen. Glycine supports connective tissue repair. Arginine supports circulation. Each ingredient is doing work the other one benefits from.
The Creatine we chose is Creavitalis® is produced exclusively in Trostberg, Germany, GMP-manufactured, and third-party tested for purity, chosen over the more commonly used (almost 90%) oversea-sourced alternatives. The coconut milk powder we use is certified organic and ethically sourced.
If you swap the coconut water for withinUs Peach ReHydrate, you're adding electrolytes that support cellular hydration on top of everything above.
