We have chosen to include a combination of magnesium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate in order to offer a product with maximum absorption that is easy on the digestive system.

Magnesium Citrate:

This form of magnesium is bonded to citric acid, which increases the rate of absorption. It is more bioavailable (1), meaning your body will absorb and utilize it most efficiently.

Magnesium Bisglycinate:
