Move aside pumpkin spice, it’s time to make room for peppermint.

December is right around the corner, and the withinUs team have been testing our favorite holiday recipes with a special twist. Our Collagen Powered Peppermint Mocha is a team favourite, and we are excited to share the recipe with you.

 

Collagen Coconut Peppermint Mocha Recipe


COLLAGEN POWERED PEPPERMINT MOCHA + COCONUT


Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops withinUs Coconut Creamer + Collagen
  • 2 teaspoons organic cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup (to taste)
  • Dash of Himalayan pink salt
  • 2-5 drops Peppermint oil- depending on how much peppermint kick you want (we use Simply Organic)
  • 6-8 oz coffee
  • Foamed milk of choice (we like using oat milk)

Directions:

  1. Whisk together withinUs Coconut Creamer + Collagen and cacao powder with a splash of hot water, peppermint oil, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir in coffee and top with delicious foamed milk (we LOVE our Breville Milk Frother).
  3. Add a dusting of cinnamon if desired.
  4. Enjoy!
