Generations of Strength: Women Who Inspire Wellness

At withinUs, we believe that strength is not only found in moments of achievement,  it’s woven into daily acts of care, resilience, and connection. As we move through May, we pause to honour the women who inspire us, mothers, mentors, friends, and role models, and the wellness practices they pass from one generation to the next.

True wellness isn't something we inherit; it's something we share, grow, and evolve together.

Celebrating Everyday Strength
Strength can look like many things: setting aside time for self-care, prioritizing health, or modelling daily habits that support a vibrant life. In every community, there are women leading by example,  not always loudly, but always powerfully.

The Wellness Practices We Pass Down
From the importance of hydration and daily movement to the mindful rituals of nourishment and rest, each generation refines and enriches the ways we care for ourselves.

Some of the most powerful wellness lessons we hear from our withinUs community include:

  • Consistency is strength: Wellness is a daily practice, not a destination.

  • Self-care is not selfish: Investing in your health benefits not just you, but those you care for.

  • Small rituals matter: Hydrating in the morning, adding collagen to your tea, stretching before bed — it's the little things that build resilience.

A Story from Our Community

My grandmother, mother, and sister have taught me the importance of self-love, respect for our heritage, hard work, prioritizing health, and passing down knowledge and education.

Over the past 8 years, my mother, sister, and I have incorporated withinUs TruMarine Collagen into our daily rituals. These changes have helped prevent my mother’s need for a second knee replacement, supported my sister’s hair health during menopause, and improved my own gut health.

The vitality that is withinUs us has provided us will continue to be passed down to my daughter and all of our family and friends. - Kerri P

My mom taught me the power of consistency and getting outside every day. Now I’m passing it on to my daughter. We’ve built a daily routine we love, starting with collagen, getting our movement in, and refuelling with ReHydrate during workouts. Strong women, strong habits, and always learning from each other! - Cindy B

Building Strength for the Future
At withinUs, our mission is to empower people across generations to embrace their wellness journey, with products that support long-term health, inside and out. TruMarine® Collagen remains a cornerstone: a daily ritual that strengthens the foundation for healthier skin, joints, and vitality.

Supporting Our Community

At withinUs, we believe that when mothers thrive, children thrive. That’s why we are proud to support Mom2Mom Child Poverty Initiative—a Vancouver-based charity dedicated to empowering mothers facing the dual challenges of poverty and solo parenting.

Founded in 2012, Mom2Mom connects low-income mothers with a supportive community of volunteers, providing essential resources like monthly grocery support, access to education and personal development opportunities, and a network of caring relationships. Their approach has led to remarkable outcomes, with 86% of participant moms reporting an increase in positive behaviours from their children and 75% observing improvements in their children's school performance.

To help support this cause, a portion of sales from our [Women Who Inspire Wellness Bundles] will be donated to Mom2Mom.

This month, we invite you to celebrate the women who inspire you and the rituals you share. Whether it's a daily walk, a morning collagen ritual, or a commitment to slowing down and nourishing yourself, these practices shape the lives we live and the communities we build.

Strength, resilience, and care, together, we rise.

Discover wellness rituals that last a lifetime with withinUs TruMarine® Collagen.
